It was ideal and exceptionally clean hotel, exactly as described, with incredibly nice staff and stunning location very near to centrum. The rooms were cheap, new-fashioned, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Had an outstanding meal in the restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with a beautiful shower and convenient features like controlling the curtains and lights from the bed. The staff was superb and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a delicious feast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view over the lake was definitely worth the extra cost, and the room itself was surprisingly big, with a huge bathroom.

I highly recommend this hotel to families. The location in the city center was perfect, and the hotel provided a range of amenities such as housekeeping, laundry services, and a welcoming drink upon arrival.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. The breakfast was one of the best we have had, with a great variety of food and beautifully presented. Another benefit was the friendly staff, making us feel welcome during our stay.

We did have a few negative experiences. The cheapest room option was small, without a window.

The staff at Vox Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we requested an extra key card, they promptly provided it without any hassle. We accidentally left our gloves in the corridor and the hotel staff had them waiting for us at the front desk within minutes. The breakfast was of excellent quality, although it could have been even better with a more active GI-approach. The view from our balcony overlooking Vättern was stunning. We were also impressed with the speakers in every room, including the bathroom, which allowed us to play our Spotify music via bluetooth. The hotel itself is fairly new and has great lighting fixtures, although the dim lights could have had a few more steps before turning off. We enjoyed the fresh air and breeze, but found it slightly cold under the air vent. The hotel bar had generous opening hours, and although the minibar could have had more beverages, we could always rely on room service. There was a small miscommunication at check-in, but it provided us with a humorous moment the following day when we discovered the elevator next to the desk.

I recently had a one-night stay at a hotel in Jonkoping and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It made exploring the area so convenient and saved me a lot of time. Secondly, the rooms were equipped with excellent shower facilities. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a relief to have such a comfortable and refreshing shower. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist whenever needed. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jonkoping.

In terms of improvement, I believe there is very little to complain about. All in all, everything was satisfactory and I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is such a great find! the location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. Secondly, the staff here really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. They were so helpful with parking and even gave us a free upgrade! Lastly, the rooms are modern and well-designed, with a spacious and beautiful bathroom. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here.

The Easter weekend stay was awesome! We got two free complementary chocolates, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, the breakfast buffet was outstanding! So many choices and delicious food.

We weren't so pleased with the room. the bathroom door didn't provide much privacy, either.

The hotel is very near to centrum, with good location in city center and walking distance from the station and the lake. The bathroom is clean with a nice rain shower, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast has a good variety of fresh items, and the restaurant ambiance is trendy and cozy.

The hotel lacks international TV channels.

By the centre of this city, this hotel is close to everything I could want. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel well taken care of. The room was modern, fresh and cleverly designed with great attention to detail, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich and really good.

Not one thing.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, exactly what we had hoped for. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with a COOP supermarket just a short walk away and close proximity to both the train and bus stations. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room we stayed in was extremely small and lacked a window, making it quite uncomfortable to stay in. We would definitely opt for a larger room next time.
